French, Italian & Spanish Bike Guides

For our biking trips in France, Italy and Spain, we're interested in people who enjoy dealing with the public and have the following:

Familiarity with the local culture, from living or traveling there extensively;
Conversational language skills (complete fluency is not necessary);
Good interpersonal skills;
First Aid certification;
Bicycling experience and basic bike repair skills;
Readiness to work hard to ensure that everyone on the trip has the best possible vacation.

Our bike tours usually last a week each, and guides typically work for a period of one to three trips at a time. Longer periods are sometimes available for experienced guides.

Other adventure travel: We periodically need guides and trip coordinators for hiking, diving, skiing and other trips that we offer. Requirements vary by trip. Training from an outdoor organization such as Outward Bound or NOLS is helpful, but not always required. If such guide work interests you, please send or email a resume.
